Selected as a national major scientific research instrument project, NuRay provides solutions for world-class medical challenges.
Recently, the National Natural Science Foundation of China announced the funding review results for the 2023 National Major Scientific Instrument Research Projects. The project “Medical Ultra-fast High-Definition Imaging Equipment Based on CNT Multi-Beam X-ray tubes,” jointly applied for by NuRay and Tsinghua University, has been approved for initiation.

The List of the First Set of Major Technical Equipment in Changzhou in 2022 was released, and the “Multi-Beam X-ray Tubes System” submitted by NuRay was successfully selected.

NuRay’s medical “Cold Cathode” Multi-Beam X-ray tubes made its debut at the 2022 CMEF.
At this exhibition, NuRay showcased its self-developed technologies: the medical 3D imaging X-ray tubes, intraoral multi-beam X-ray tubes, and ultra-compact mobile DR imaging X-ray tubes. These products further expanded NuRay’s line-up of medical imaging X-ray tubes. The innovative multi-beam X-ray tubes introduce a new low-dose, 3D imaging modality for dental and other medical imaging applications.

NuRay wins award at the 2022 Changzhou International Intelligent Manufacturing Competition.
The NuRay R&D team’s project, “Intraoral Imaging Solution Based on CNT ‘Cold Cathode’ X-ray Tubes” successfully advanced to the finals of the competition and received unanimous recognition from the participating experts and won the second prize. NuRay was the only domestic high-end CNT “Cold Cathode” X-ray tubes manufacturer to win an award at this event.

Official Certification: NuRay’s CNT “Cold Cathode” Multi-Beam X-ray tubes recognized as “World Leading”.
The China Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Center in Beijing, in accordance with the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “Methods for Scientific and Technological Evaluation” regulations, organized a panel of seven experts in relevant fields to conduct a technology achievement evaluation of NuRay through a combination of offline and online methods. NuRay innovatively proposed the technology scheme for CNT “Cold Cathode” Multi-Beam X-ray tube technology, overcoming a series of key technical and process challenges, and achieving mass production. As a critical component of new static CT systems, it has been successfully applied in security inspection, industry, and medical fields, demonstrating significant economic and social benefits with broad market prospects. The overall technology of the project has reached the world leading level.

NuRay showcases various innovative multi-beam X-ray tubes at the 2021 CMEF Spring Exhibition.
From May 13th to 16th, 2021, NuRay brought its full range of products spanning medical diagnostics, dental imaging, security inspection, and non-destructive testing to the CMEF 2021 Shanghai Spring Exhibition.

NuRay attended the 2019 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Annual Meeting.
From December 1st to 5th, 2019, the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Annual Meeting was held at the McCormick Place in Chicago, USA. As a first-time exhibitor, NuRay set up a booth and showcased its multi-beam X-ray tube products developed using nanotechnology.
